On the ground floor of the owners' house, single-storey gîte with a large living room and two bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 80x200 beds which can be converted into 160x200), a shower room with WC and a separate WC. Furnished balcony-terrace. 15 m² above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners (heated with solar panels to around 25 degrees), outdoor space and garden. Sheets and towels included, cleaning optional. Air conditioning and WIFI. In its old Savoyard country house, located on the heights of Albertville, Le Refuge, a charming cottage with modern decor, welcomes you to a peaceful setting. Offering magnificent views of the surrounding valley, this comfortable cottage located at the end of the road guarantees peace and quiet, just 3 km from the center of Albertville. Magnificent modern and quiet cottage 3 km from Albertville, famous Olympic city, (city of Art & History & its medieval city of Conflans), 26 km from the slopes of the family resort of Sambuy/Seythenex (ideal for "fun skiing" & for children or beginners) & 40 km from Lake Annecy, internationally renowned for its majestic site and the purity of its water. 25 km from the vast Espace Diamant ski area & its 190 km of slopes (via Bisanne 1500-Les Saisies). 54 km from Contamines-Montjoie located at the foot of Mont-Blanc (ski area straddling Savoie & Haute-Savoie).
