Two adjoined private studio apartments:
Master studio apt. has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom; Gotham studio apt. has a queen-size bed, a twin bed, and a full bathroom. Your private backyard.

3 minutes to Melbourne downtown and 7 minutes crossing bridge to Melbourne Beach

1, PARKING: it's two apartments in a triplex house, a spacious front parking lot, enough for RV or a trailer.

2, AIR: separated central AC just for you; an ionic airfilter kills covid and promises safe air; a fan helps the airflow in each apartment

3, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is away from street noise.

4, TV & INTERNET: With firestick, please use your own streaming accounts. Spectrum 200mbps high-speed wifi and Ethernet plug available. 

5, SLEEPING AREA: 2 studio apartments with separated entrance! please study the images; in large studio "GOTHAM" a queen bed and twin bed have only semi privacy with a wall between. "MASTER" studio has a queen bed.

6, KITCHENETTE: Each apartment has its own efficiency kitchenette. We encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (Microwave, Coffeemaker, mini  refrigerator)

7, TOWELS: We use DISPOSABLE pillowcases and 5 shower towels (15"×32") for better hygiene. Do bring your own if they are very important for your comfort.

8, NON-SMOKING: absolutely! smoke outside if you have to, and leave only cigarette butts in the outdoor ash tray (a reclaimed 5 gallon paint basket, not for regular trash, please)

9, Non Flushable Items: Don't flush them! $200/hour+$200 rush fees are commonly charged in the east space coast by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens."

10, FURNITURE, FLOORS, and WINDOW:
a. 14" high metal bed frame, mattress is hybrid memory foam & springs. 2 jumbo pillows.
b. All other pieces are repurposed office or patio furniture, some homemade.
c. floor is painted concrete, no tiles. wear shoes inside because it could be dusty.
d. windows are tint, foggy, and sprayed with images to filter brutal sunlight and also preserve privacy.

11,a portable washer with spinner in the unit, no dryer machine.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Palm Bay apartment is smoke free.
