Come visit our lovely three bedroom, two bath home with its sizeable screened-in porch. A back porch is ideal for enjoying the famous Florida lifestyle. Due to our home's decor, it could be a romantic "bed and breakfast" type experience, a perfect family destination, or a place for friends and relatives to come together. The very large, fenced yard is perfect for pets, kids and grownups alike. Play outside games or eat at our outside patio table. Florida sunshine abounds! Soak up the daytime rays.

We are located on a quiet, peaceful street. It's only a half hour to various beautiful beaches and a little over an hour to the popular theme parks of Orlando. You'll be able to relax, lounge, and unwind as you wish, with ample opportunity to seek adventure. Palm Bay, itself, offers varied dining experiences, kayaking, championship golf, off-road cycling, and numerous parks with running and nature trails. A particular highlight is The Turkey Creek Sanctuary. Here there are boardwalk paths that allow you to safely become "up close and personal" with Florida wildlife. This is a treat for people of all ages.

This is an antique-style property filled with vintage décor. If you love that kind of charm and character, you’ll enjoy staying here. However, if you prefer more modern, updated spaces, this may NOT be the best fit for you. Decor needs sprucing up!It offers excellent VALUE for the price compared to other options between Melbourne and Vero Beach. That said, there are a few trade-offs. The lighting is quite limited, and since most of the ceiling fans include built-in lights, additional lamps are there. The ceiling fan in the Master does not work and the AC works great but blows very cold and loud so it is challenging if you are a light sleeper.On a positive note, the kitchen was very well stocked, which made the stay more convenient and breakfast amazing.The dining room table decor was a distraction to try to work there with a laptop as I need it as a desk.The second room with a QUEEN bed seems to be a bit "overused" and perhaps broken. The WINDOW in that room likely has been cracked and broken for some time and it would take nothing to push it out and sadly get moisture in that room- which does not bode well in FL heat.Josh is a good guy but the place needs updated, repaired, all lights need to work well and not have a dim low light in the evening etc. The patio and backyard are a great space for animals and children. Screen needs 2 be replaced and not taped in place. OVERALL Good value for the BUCK!

Home away from home

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting family in the area and welcome our new granddaughter to the world. We really appreciated all the little touches that made it possible to host a nice home-cooked dinner for 6, such as cloth napkins and pretty napkin rings, and plenty of stemware. Everything we needed in terms of dish soap, hand soap, paper products, etc. were provided. We especially enjoyed the screened porch and private backyard. We would love to book it again when in the area.

Nice and quiet

Nice and quiet neighborhood, loved the fenced in backyard and the screened in porch. Very lovely stay. Only thing that bothered me was the AC was so loud and would wake me at night, but so does the slightest sound. Husband and kids weren't bothered by it. Everything was well packed and clean. Nice presentation.

We have rented this location multiple times. Every time is the same..... unit is clean and well stocked, owner communicates promptly and location is a quiet and safe neighborhood. This is always our first choice when visiting family in Palm Bay as we know it's a stress free rental.

Peaceful and quiet.

Enjoyed our stay at Diane's house. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and friendly. The last few days of our stay there was some construction noise from a new house on the next block but that would only be temporary. House is spacious with a very nice primary bedroom with its own bath and walk-in shower and closet. The two remaining bedrooms also shared a bathroom which worked well for family members who visited. Screened porch was a favorite place to be on some rainy days and warm evenings. Our one disappointment was the back yard. The fence was down in one area and could be a concern for pet owners. The lights shown in the ad photo were down and bulbs were missing or broken. Only light was from neighbors security light. All-in-all though it was a really good four weeks.

Everything you need

We had everything we needed plus. Beds are comfortable, house is clean. I enjoyed the garden tub and huge shower. The kitchen has everything, plus many extras I didn’t expect. Linens and towels were new. I being OCD clean, was very pleased.
