This is more like a mom and pot pie. It’s clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is great. The food is decent, but you could tell little things like scratches on the wall and the grout is not perfect on the floor where if you go to Melbourne Hyatt airport. Everything is brand new. Everything is in top condition. Another thing is there’s only one person to check you in and to cook your food where the other Hyatt has a restaurant and the restaurant is really nice but This Hyatt they remember you. So it depends on what you’re looking for.

If you want better service, a ghost stay at the Hyatt Melbourne airport. This Hyatt has one person to check you in and if you want any food like wings or pizza or sandwich or a drink, they have to make it and they got a check people in in my opinion that they’re overworking they’re great workers. Melbourne airport is newer so it’s cleaner. If you get better service, you don’t have to leave your hotel room for towels you don’t have to wait to be checked in. They have an actual restaurant upstairs where you can watch the planes land. . Melbourne airport is newer so it’s cleaner. It’s a decent place for a night or two or three I’ve stayed there quite often. I like the fact that they know who you are when you’re a repeat customer

Every employee we interacted with was professional, warm, courteous, and helpful. Our room was clean and although it appeared to have undergone recent renovation, there were no USB/charging outlets present. Obviously, this wouldn’t stop us from booking this very convenient location and very fairly priced option. Quick note for the woman who we assumed to be the PM shift manager: Please do not give your employees developmental feedback in the presence of others, especially guests. Not very compassionate or professional.

Staff was courteous and complimentary breakfast was really good. Maintenance had to fix the cabinet and drapes/blinds but it was fixed quickly. Somehow they need to have a way to stop the homeless from entering into the kitchen for some free breakfast though.
