Good for a quick stay

It was a great spacious room. The towels were really soft. The sheets were a little itchy. Included breakfast is nice. Bar, coffee and tea in the lobby was nice to have as well. Dog friendly is a plus.

Firstly there's now a £10 charge per day for parking The breakfast was still nice but now they use paper plates and plastic cutlery I've stayed in this hotel four times in the last four years and the friendliness of the staff has deteriorated I would look for alternative in future

Did not like the fact that we were being charged $10 per night for overnight parking. Hotel manager waived the fees for us. Thank you for that. Breakfast needed waffles and pancakes. Overall, hotel was very clean.

shower did not work. Was unable to shower and when I informed the front desk maintenance made me feel like I was lying about it. After i had checked out I received a call from the head of maintenance telling me they had found nothing wrong but then offered me 4000 points to satisfy me. will never stay at another one.
