We had zero communication from the host. When we arrived to check in we still had no check in instructions. After reaching out to vrbo the host cancelled our stay with no explanation. We spent 2 hours on hold with vrbo to get our refund and had to find a last minute hotel that was not I. Our desired area because there was no availability. The host left us stranded and totally ruined a day of our vacation. There was no reason to cancel on us. We have many positive reviews and are a family with adult children. Would not recommend or take the risk of booking this property. The hosts can be trusted.
