GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Guests will have the option of a refundable credit card hold or a non-refundable $50 guest insurance.

STARTER KIT
The home will be prepared for your comfort and enjoyment upon your arrival. As is customary for vacation rentals, and as a courtesy to you, we will provide these items to get your trip off to a comfortable start; however, any additional supplies will be your responsibility.

Other details to note
The pool heater can be turned on when the pool cleaner services the pool on Tuesday. There is a fee of $20 per day for heating. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this option to your stay.
