Welcome to sunny, charming Tropical Balcony Studio nested in the historic Palm Beach Hotel Condominium that has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.
The Codo's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, mezzanine with library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.

There is a mezzanine level in the hotel with a library of books for you to choose from and replace when finished.   Bikes will take you to Worth Avenue or Clematis Street. For longer distances, Uber or Lyft is a convenient and easy choice.  

Everything you need for your mind, body and spirit is either walking distance or a short drive away from the apartment - beach, walk/bike trails, religious or spiritual communities, yoga studios, art centers, spas, stores, and entertainment.
The hotel is located a 7-minute stroll from the beach.

Located directly across from the hotel is Palm Beach's favorite sushi restaurant ? Echo. Next to Echo is Publix, a supermarket catering to all your grocery needs.
