Sad to say Our stay was extremely disappointing Our room smelled like someone had been smoking weed in it. The bathroom smelled like wet dog. The breakfast was not that wonderful, there was absolutely no coffee. The door to the lobby was broken and not working. And on top of it everything you would try to ask a staff member for help and they acted like they were extremely bothered. And the other half didn’t speak English and couldn’t communicate. We chose to stay here because we thought being associated with Hilton that it’d be good. But boy were we wrong.

The desk staff was nice. Rishad was very helpful always. Shane was great in fixing evert h ing in timely manner. The check in process was very good thanks to Nathaley. Breakfast was average. I had a wake up call request today at 5am. The desk clerk wrote it but no one called. My cellphone had a back up alarm that saved me.
