Receptionists at the front desk were not polite. Refrigerator in my room was not working and had an unpleasant smell. Room door was not closing shut, had to push against door to get it closed. There was no liner in the shower, only a shower curtain.

The room was not cleaned well. Floors were dirty and the ac had dust clusters on the vent. The dining area was a mess where you select the food. The location was optimal but I would not stay there again.

We had a great stay, parking was easy, room was nice, and the front desk attendant, I believe her name was Sierra, was so warm and friendly and helpful!

Mold in the room. Staff very friendly. Beautiful facility but in the rooms I spotted 3 spots of mold on the ceiling. My room was on ground floor, only block out shaded were in the window, no solar to enjoy the day light. Also one elevator was out or service and beeping alarm was coming every 10 sec for whole night stay.
