The room was clean, staff was nice and our kids enjoyed the breakfast. But the reason for only 4 stars is because the complimentary airport shuttle decided to end early for the night and we had to pay over $20 for a taxi to go the one mile from the airport to the hotel. When mentioning this unexpected charge with the hotel staff they asked us to email them the receipt and they would look into some type of adjustment. Over two weeks later and have heard nothing.

We got in very late. We called to make sure they wouldn’t cancel the reservation and were very nice. Front desk staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very easy spot to get off of the highway and back on. There seems to be a lot to do in the area. The breakfast was great! Best selection I have seen in a while from a hotel.

Room was clean and had a decent amount of towels. The breakfast was outstanding! The lady that was taking care of it was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that would have helped us was a shuttle drop off downtown. We would stay there again.

Room was great! So was the staff. Could not get caffienated coffee in the room after I had used up the two servings first day. Asked at the desk twice None available. So early morning had to go to lobby to get coffee. The roomwas cleaned but coffee pods not replaced!
