Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine, but l don't prefer getting the ADA accessible rooms because the shower wets the whole bathroom. As usual with hotels these days, it could have been cleaner (no one cleans the back of doors, walls, etc).

Yes no shower help sink faucet no water pressure at all very frustrating to brush my teeth. The refrigerator was not cooling at all had to get ice for my food continental breakfast lousy when we arrived didn’t get courtesy water I had to ask front desk for it they also had a confusion with our room. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you looking for a decent stay!!!!!!

The property is in a great location. Very close to the Airport. The golf facility next door had good food. The staff personnel were very helpful and nice. They provided a shuttle to and from the Autec facility - free of charge - Very nice perk! Shout out to Rishard, he was very helpful and eager to assist. The only negative was my room cleanliness. The room floors were not clean, hair, dirt, and foot prints were very evident - a good mopping would take care of that. Shower needs to be cleaned better - some mold and stains were evident. The HVAC system was not working properly (Room 423) - I tried to warm the room up a bit at night - did not work. Not a big deal since the outside temps were moderate.
