Spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the beautiful Palm Coast Resort community! Perfect for families & corporate travel it comfortably sleeps 6. Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony, take a scenic stroll along the St Joes Walkway which connects to the Palm Coast Trail Network! Relax on the dock overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, or take a dip in the heated on-site pool! This property has it all!

Guests will have the home all to themselves, but we are always available via the app!

Very quiet residential condo community with many families.
The St Joes Walkway trail system is conveniently located along the river behind the condo building and connects to the whole system. Great for biking, hiking or walking amongst nature!
Guests are able to rent bikes, kayaks and boats at the neighboring marina.

The neighborhood is very quiet and people keep to themselves. You will need a car to get to most places, but since this home is so centrally located, it only takes 5-10mins to get nearly everywhere in Palm Coast.
