HOUSE RULES

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.



Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.

Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can receive an exemption, but management must be notified for approval.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste.

Note: Owners boat may be secured to the dock. Guests are not permitted to board or harm the boat in any way.

This house was very clean and well maintained and stocked with everything you need for cooking a meal and items needed for beach days. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood on a canal that is close to the beach, parks, hiking and biking trails, shopping and restaurants. We saw dolphins and a manatee while sitting in the screened back porch, which is close to some condominiums but very quiet and private. . There are games available for families as well as the foosball table. This was our first time booking with VRBO and would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at this property! We stayed almost a month. The home was impeccably clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were initially concerned that the owner’s boat might take up the entire dock and block the canal views, but that was not the case at all. There was plenty of room, and views from the patio and the dock were absolutely stunning. We caught a myriad of fish off the dock!Overall, a clean, comfortable, updated, and wonderful place - highly recommend!

Family Fun in Palm Coast

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful property for spring break. Everything was so clean. The beds were very comfortable and we all got a great night sleep every night. We enjoyed the beautiful and spacious back porch and newly built dock. Had fun catching and releasing fish. We had a great time playing cards games and enjoying the foosball table. Catching up with Friends

Booking this location was easy and the communication with host was quick and easy. We met our military friends for bike week. Upon arrival the house was so clean and we immediately felt at home. The screen porch, dock and fire pit was great for just relaxing. In fact the one day we stayed right at the house and sat on the dock for hours watching dolphins swim by. The loacation was perfect away from the hustle yet close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this house and will look to stay here in the future.

It was just as advertised. Very clean and the furniture was updated and clean. The bed was awesome. Slept very well. Had everything we needed. My dad fished in the canal (caught and released) several large catfish. Spacious for family. My dogs loved the covered back porch.

This is so hard to summarize our stay because we loved it so much.!! The beds are so comfortable-quality sheets- if it would have rained all week I would have been happy to stay in the bed and relax in the house all week. But we had a lot of things planned- we rented a pontoon boat from Palm Boat rentals!! we caught fish- were able to take our 2 dogs, and got the best florida suntan and best natural sun lightened hilites in our hair- the nicest people you would ever want to meet there. And they treated us kindly- professional- and we would go back even for their sweet hospitality- they go out of their way to help load the boat- and they ensured my special needs daughter got on the boat safely. And then to go back to the house and eat dinner and relax by the canal and get in the cozy bed was the icing on the cake! I wanted to stay longer than one week! Next time we will!!

Feedback for Anchors Landing Waterfront Home We recently had the pleasure of staying at Anchors Landing for a week, a visit made extra special as we welcomed our new grandson to the family. One of the main reasons we chose this property was its pet-friendly policy, and we’re so glad we did! The home was easy to access upon arrival, clean, and wonderfully spacious. We particularly enjoyed the indoor foosball area—it was such a fun feature! The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep after busy days. The outdoor lanai was a highlight, offering a cozy spot to relax, with the bonus of a fire pit and grill for evening barbecues. My husband had a great time fishing in the canal and looks forward to the possibility of a dock being installed in the future—it would be fantastic for kayaking! The home’s location is excellent. It’s in a safe, quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. We especially loved how friendly and welcoming the neighbors were. Walking our dog gave us a chance to meet many of them, and they truly made us feel at home. If I could make a couple of suggestions, it would be to consider adding a larger TV in the living area and updating the window blinds, which are showing their age.
