The Space:
Welcome to your dream beach getaway! This beautiful 3 Bed/2 Bath beach home features the most romantic heated pool you have ever seen. Nestled on a private 0.5-acre lot, this amazing property includes a golf cart, a completely private yard, a 4-car garage, and a spacious driveway perfect for bringing your RV, boat, and all your toys. Experience breathtaking sunrises over the beach and stunning sunsets by the pool. Enjoy complete privacy as you soak up the sun and unwind by the fire pit.

The luxurious open floor plan boasts a large kitchen with a center island, ideal for entertaining family and friends. The cozy family room features a large screen TV and comfortable seating. The huge master suite includes a king-size bed, a large screen TV, and a luxurious master bathroom with a freestanding tub and a large walk-in shower. The master suite also has a separate kids' room with a twin bed and trundle, perfect for families. The other two bedrooms, located on the opposite side of the house, feature luxurious queen-size beds and share a beautifully appointed second bathroom. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use.

Bring all your toys, boats, RVs, etc. Enjoy the beach life you have always dreamed of in this beautifully renovated ranch home. The property features a solar and electric heated pool and a super private oasis-like backyard. The 4-car detached garage includes a 50 Amp hookup, with a deep driveway perfect for parking all your toys. The open floor plan includes a new kitchen with a huge island, overlooking a cozy family room with a wood-burning fireplace. French doors lead to the romantic pool area. The spacious guest suites share a luxurious second bath. There is no HOA, allowing you to use the property as a vacation rental or Airbnb if you choose.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week. Please let us know in advance if you intend to pay for the pool to be heated so we can ensure the pool is nice and warm for your visit.

Bring your furry friends; pets are welcome for $100/pet + tax. Please inform us if you intend to bring your pet so we can add it to your reservation.

Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, saran wraps, or foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

Palm Coast Beach Stay

Our host was very responsive. The listing was as advertised. We had 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably for 3 nights. The golf cart is clutch to be able to get to the beach. There is a golf cart parking available at the beach entrance. Just don’t block the path but you can pull in and find a spot. Beautiful beach with just a few people around. I want to stay at the same place again. Get area to be able to access all the beaches nearby and with some nice restaurants nearby.

Great Spot

We had a great stay overall in this beautiful, well-appointed home. Primary bed was especially comfortable and neighborhood very quiet. Our disappointment was with the pool which is listed as heated pool in the header, but requires a substantial additional charge. We paid, but pool not heated during our stay. Owner did refund us the following week. Pair of bikes shown in listing were not at the home, but golf cart was available as was garage parking. We would definitely stay at this property again, and it would be perfect for a couple, family, or small group of friends to gather and relax.

Wonderful property and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. It was spotless and well maintained. The golf cart was super handy to get down to the beach (where it was very quiet and private). There were also a lot of nice restaurants close by.

Beautiful and relaxing beach retreat

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the sand and the ocean. The home was VERY spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful, always accessible and responding immediately to our questions. We enjoyed relaxing walks at the beach and exploring the nearby attractions. This was one of the best vacations we ever had, and we can’t wait to come back again. Property was great. Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness is outdoor cushions on everything seemed stained/dirty. But might not be able to help that if everything is left out all the time. Inside was really clean. Golf cart battery was an issue. We plugged it in everyday but some days it didn't seem to matter it wouldn't take charge. Definitely need a new battery. My husband had to push it 1 day to get us all the way back from beach. We would of loved to drive it around neighborhood but it barley made it to beach and back once a day. Would definitely go back again. Worked out great with our dog. Enclosed fenced area and pool area enclosed too.

Good location with plenty of room. Cleaning crew did a superb job prior to our arrival. Had a minor issue with golf cart tire. Notified property manager, Alina, she was going to have it replaced that day, but I told her it would probably last for our stay, which it did. Also,.we were emailed a few times during our stay checking to see if everything was okay. Definitely going to use them again

Very private and relaxing

This property was perfect for our family summer beach trip. The rooms are all great sizes with lots of light. The decor was perfect. All of the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was so luxurious with the tub and the lighting. I am fair skinned and get bitten by bugs and the covered pool area helped us enjoy every minute of the day as we could swim in the morning or evening and not get bit. The kitchen was well stocked. The house came with two bikes that my son and I enjoyed. We rode around the quiet neighborhood and over to Bings landing to watch the sunset. The beach was so easy to get to with the golf cart. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable week. I like this area because it is not super crowded or touristy and just feels like your own beach house for the week. I would definitely come back to this house and location every year!

Best House Ever!

The grounds were beautiful!! The screened in pool area was our favorite place all week!!! The house was clean, and we had plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas! The golf cart was super handy, because it is a little drive to the beach. There is also a fenced in area where dogs can play without the leash. The property is wonderful, but you should know that if your kids want to swim in the ocean, you will need to take them to daytona about 45 min down the road. The ocean here has giant rocks everywhere and the giant waves would knock you into the giant rocks!! None of that has anything to do with the property, but i wish we had known.
