Create wonderful memories in our newly remodeled home with beachy vibes and lovingly designed and decorated for your comfort and entertainment. The home’s open concept has several areas perfect for gathering, lounging, cooking, eating, gaming, and laughing together. We tended to every detail in the cozy and inviting bedrooms right down to charging stations in every bedroom. Enjoy outdoor dining, lounging in the sun or enjoying conversation on the oversized patio sofa in our expansive screened patio. Conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to I95, you’ll be near three different and beautiful beaches, restaurants, saltwater canals, and tons of activities and 30 min from either Historic St Augustine or Daytona.

Beautiful property! Nice amenities.

It was ideal for us as we had 5 small ones and young couples. We weren’t too, too far from the beaches, and St. Augustine is a family favorite and not too far away. Very nice property.

Nice Nice Nice! Clean house. Spacious rooms.

This house is an excellent value for the price. Felt really safe in the neighborhood. We loved that the back yard patio is a screened room. Every room has its own well-appointed personality. The fully equipped kitchen was very convenient to use. We appreciate the care and creativity that the owner invested in the property.
