Waterfront Oasis - Heated Pool & Kiddie Pool

Kick back and relax in this calm, inviting space. Situated on the corner lot of the salt water canals in Palm Coast, with water views from just about every room! Minutes to the intercoastal waterways, beach, shopping, restaurants and more. The large screened-in pool looks out over the waterway. There is an additional balcony outside one of the master bedrooms for lounging.

The space
This 4 bedroom / 3 bath home has an open concept living/dining/kitchen, the fourth bedroom equipped with a queen size murphy bed, and an oversized 2 car garage. TWO master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on either side of the house, triple sliders open up to a gorgeous covered lanai that creates an extended outdoor living/dining room area.

Furnishings in this house are new! Linens, bath towels, pool towels all provided. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you should need and more (blender, plates, cups, forks, knives, cups, etc). Weber grill in screened in pool area.
Other things to note

Smoking
We do not permit smoking inside the house, and we ask that if you do smoke to do it as far away from the house as possible so no smell lingers. Please no smoking in the screened in pool area.

Dogs
We ask that you please provide notice at time of booking if you intend to bring your dog. All of our furnishings are brand new, so we ask that you please bring a bed for your dog if possible and also to avoid letting them on the furniture.

There is an additional $150 pet fee. If there are more excessive cleaning needs due to the presence of your dog, there will be additional fees. Dogs are the only pet we allow.

Access:
There is a smart lock on the front door and we will provide the code via email prior to your stay. For the safety of our guests, we change the code for every guest.

So many small things that need to be fixed. We stayed last year for a week and sometimes you can over look things but this year for 2 weeks made us realize that the problems from the year before are still not fixed. House just needs lots and lots of work. And a good cleaning. Will not rent again.

Bring your own cleaning crew

Property was just ok but very dirty. Owners should find another cleaning service. Our first surprise was the moldy coffee grinds in the maker. Only one TV in the property and only seating was one sofa. Renting to more than 4 will be an uncomfortable challenge. VRBO pictures did not reflect the conditions of the home. One of the outdoor seating had a fitted bedroom sheet on it. Other seats were green and moldy. Slow drains and half glass shower allowed water to splash on the wall. If this is a premier property, sheets and toilets should be clean. This is the first time I’ve ever wrote a bad review.

Family Vacation

House was prefect. The house was decorated beautifully. 4 adults 3 kids (18,15,13). The kids and parents loved everything about the house. The location was prefect. The covered dock was great for fishing, the outside living area was great for playing cards we plan on renting the house next year for 2 weeks. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful home & area

Our group loved the house and the area! The pool was great & being able to fish off the dock was a plus. We did see dolphins right at our dock as well. The house was very clean. Jess was very responsive to our questions and met our needs immediately. The neighbors were wonderful as well. I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Canal Location - Great neighbors - Lovely Setting

We had a great visit to this lovely home - Jess was great with responding to our questions - the home was comfortable and clean - 3 bedrooms and a murphy-bed room - perfect space for 3 couples and a child or 2. Yoga in the sun on the boat deck and pool in the afternoon.
