A landscaped park is located right across from the house catty corner with a huge field area and little pond. The home does not directly face any neighbors either so the yard and home feels very private. Beautiful mediterranean style pool with heater, bbq area and picnic table, outdoor seating areas and cabana bed, and golf put put.
Quick 8 minute drive to el Paseo downtown shops and restaurants and the living desert in Palm desert. Tons of stores and restaurants around , minutes from la Quinta. Minutes from Indian Wells tennis garden. 20 min to downtown Palm Springs. Such a beautiful home and backyard oasis that you won’t even want to leave.
