3 Bedrooms, Ground level, Free tennis & gym, public golf/No tax on 27 night stay

This property is currently in escrow as of 10/24/25 to an investor who wants to keep all reservations in place, but there is no guarantee it will stay an STR until we know it is closed. All reservations will transfer over at that point. I will credit back disturbances for inspections/showings up to 50% for each day access is needed (no more than 2 days per week for disturbances). Well equipped home with all newer high end furniture--set up like a luxury villa. Two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms with ensuite baths and generous walk in closets. Third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full with a trundle) and a writing desk (use as a 3rd bedroom or as an office). Kitchen includes all newer stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove). Two car attached garage. Free wi-fi. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Resort includes tennis, gym, clubhouse, pools, spas, and golf (pay to play), guard gated community. Outside we have patio furniture for six and a gas grill (direct plumbed--never face an empty propane tank). Lots of upgrades and improvements (stove converted to gas, remodeled baths and kitchen). Although there are no taxes charged for a stay of 27 nights or longer, vrbo has no way to remove it from the quote when you see it online. Therefore, I will remove it from the quote prior to booking or refund it if you select to Book it Now. Thanks for considering our unit!
Palm Desert STR permit#2016-038006. Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are known to occur unpredictably and strong winds are not uncommon. However, winds are typically not a problem in Desert Falls CC. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly. Let them know if you want them to come or not (your choice). The golf course typically closes down for re seeding anywhere from late September - early November. and late April to May for summer. This schedule varies depending on weather conditions and timing of the club. Please call me with any questions.
