Whether you`re enjoying a refreshing swim or exploring nearby attractions, this peaceful haven promises an unforgettable stay in a prime desert location.

Cancellation & Processing Fees
If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for accepting payments through our payment processing service.

Primary renter must be 25+ years old (ID required upon booking).

Bedrooms:
- This home features 2 bedrooms, a king and a queen bed with private ensuite bathroom with a shower.
- The office doubles as an additional sleeping area, offering a desk, TV, and a comfortable sofa bed.
- Relax and recharge in these thoughtfully designed spaces, ensuring a restful stay.

Kitchen:
- Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space for effortless meal preparation.
- Perfect for cooking up your favorite dishes during your stay.

Indoor Dining Room:

- Note: Golf and tennis courts are private and not available to guests.

Guests have full access to the home outside of any located cabinets or closets.

Guests do have access to the swimming pools and hot tubs in the community.

Guests do not have access to any community amenities like golf, tennis, pickle ball, or fitness center.

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules.

1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

**Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.

2. We do not allow pets of any kind.

3. NO GOLF OR TENNIS, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the golf course but it is private and only for members or guest playing alongside a member.

4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.

5. POOL & SPA: There are over 2 dozen pools and spa`s in this community. The best one luckily is right across the street.

6. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.

7. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.

8. In order to get into the community we need the first name, last name, and license plate number of any cars and their drivers.

9. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.

HOA Rules & Fines
Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform.

DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

This apartment offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Palm Desert apartment is smoke free.
