Lovely updated home in Desert Falls Gated community. Single story home has own private salt water pool and Jacuzzi with large backyard and central air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 other bedrooms with 2 queen beds. There is also small office off the garage with a blow up queen mattress for additional guests, if needed, and is air conditioned as well. Backyard has a gas barbecue, lounge furniture and 8 person outdoor dining table. All furnishings, linens and towels are brand new and provided. Includes also a new kitchen refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer. Pool floats and 4 lounge chairs, 3 umbrellas and 4 outdoor chairs are also provided.
Desert Falls Golf course is a public course and available for guest purchase. Tennis courts, Pickle Ball and racquetball courts are also available with reservations.

Cable and Wifi internet are provided free. There is also a landline for telephone calls provided for phone calls within the United States.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Desert Willow Golf Resort. An outdoor pool, a gym, and a hot tub are available. The vacation home includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

One of the Best Homes We Stayed at.

The home was updated in the style my wife and I like (Contemporary). It made us feel like it was our home. The pool and patio were awesome. There is a grapefruit and a lemon tree we pick from.
