Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Turn off all A/C and Heating, Draw down shades and shutters
Set alarm to “Away”
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pool Deposit - Pool use. A $2,000 deposit for utilities will be required. Heating costs vary by market/use.
Signed Short term lease agreement required. Guests are required to answer a series of questions via inbox within 24 hrs of booking being accepted.
Addl Guests staying 1 week are to provide Govt photo IDs within 24 hrs. of booking. Tenant screening required. Owner may cancel without reason
