The kitchen transitions to the dining room, where you and your loved ones can sit and enjoy a meal! The dining area features a 6-person dining table. The living features a sectional with a 75in. SmartTV with local and national channels and a variety of streaming apps. The living room connects to a beautiful patio featuring golf course lake views, and chaise lounges, along with ample seating and a fire feature. This condo features a washer and dryer and a two-car garage.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king bed, a 60in. Smart TV with cable, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, and a large closet. Main bedroom en-suite bath features a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, and 50in. TV, large closet. The Guest bedroom connects to the hallway bath featuring a single sink and walk-in shower.

RULES

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
