The private front courtyard includes a bistro table, ideal for enjoying morning coffee in the shade of the trees. The nearest community pool and spa are located just 150 feet away. This gated community offers three tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, and four pools throughout the community.

The Bright Kitchen features a simple layout and modern appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen and formal dining room, the breakfast nook offers plenty of natural light from the patio. The spacious and beautifully designed living room includes comfortable sofas and a tile fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings.
