This beautiful condo boasts a sunny south-facing patio and is just 20 steps away from the community pool and spa. The living area features a large sectional sofa, a 55-inch TV, and a fireplace for cooler nights. The dining room, conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, offers ample seating for six adults. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your meal preparation needs, including a 3-burner barbecue and the necessary barbecue tools. Additionally, the centrally located atrium allows extra sunlight to brighten both the living space and the guest bedroom.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, a 40-inch TV, a ceiling fan, a large closet, and shutters for those who prefer to sleep in late. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanity sinks, natural light, and a step-in shower. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed and a 42-inch smart TV. This bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the front office, which also has an additional bed for overnight guests.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice, quiet location and spacious interior. Patio is large and has privacy, even with the pool nearby. We wondered if there would be noise, but it was minimal at most. Furnishings were airy and modern. Kitchen is older, but works just fine. Bright white bedding and towels were in great shape and comfy too. This was a strong value, and hope we could get this sam deal again some time.
