Disappointed

Needs to be updated with furniture in living area. Brighter lighting. Owners were good about providing instructions. Problem with door lock very frustrating. Did appreciate letting us drop off luggage before check in time.

gREAT lOCATION

A perfect location to get to all the wonderful restaurants and activities. Very quiet, nice floorplan. Kitchen was nice and well equipped, two neighborhood pools nearby to walk to. Beautiful view of the golf course and pond. Front patio is quiet to eat outside. Owner was very accommodating to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable vacation.

Nice central location

We stayed for 10 days. The hosts were great with communication and detailed instructions. Location is in a gated community with lots of pools and golf. It is central to many activities. The condo was slightly dated but clean and very liveable. Would stay hereagain

A VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE..BRAVO

This place as absolutely fantastic. Clean, wll appointed with plenty of kitchen cooking tools, garage, TV's...bathrooms and laundry. Contrary to another review this place was clean, tidy, well appointed. I came into town to play at a tennis tournament so the location was great. I would stay here again, I would suggest that anyone looking for a nice place, with a comfortable bed, and a wonderful master bathrooma and shower. This place is great and will return...only down size was that my wife did not come down with me...She would have loved it...

Fantastic Stay at a Gorgeous Golf Course Two Bedroom Townhome- Highly Recommended!

My stay at this VRBO in early January was nothing short of exceptional! Nestled on a beautiful golf course, this property exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a treat. Pros: Epic Country Club Facilities: The access to the country club facilities added a touch of luxury to our stay. It was a delightful experience to enjoy such well-maintained amenities. Beautiful Grounds: The property is surrounded by stunning landscapes, offering serene views that are a joy to wake up to every morning. Spacious Accommodation with Two-Car Garage: The spaciousness of the place made our stay extremely comfortable. Plus, the convenience of a two-car garage was a huge bonus. Pet-Friendly: As a pet owner, I appreciated the pet-friendly policy. It made our stay stress-free and enjoyable for our furry friend too. Warm and Comfortable Bedding: After long days of exploring and enjoying the area, the warm and comfortable bedding was just what we needed for a restful night's sleep. Ideal for Remote Workers: The setup was perfect for remote work. The quiet environment and reliable internet connection allowed me to work without any interruptions. Well-Stocked and Great Kitchen: The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it a joy to prepare meals. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great location and view, however fairly neglected in many areas. We are not newcomers to renting VRBO's. Examples: patio windows were filthy, walls scuffed in bad need of a paint job, kitchen cabinets very chipped (not as pictured), dated furniture and extremely uncomfortable sofa and main chair, very poor lighting in living room and primary bedroom, dishes were chipped and actually dirty, towels very rough and old, some stained. Broken glass from outside fixtures laying in ground, rusty lanterns. Rubber door lining half off the track.Our guests left after one night because of uncomfortable beds. Pretty property that needs some serious attention to make a renter more comfortable.

As a previous guest pointed out this unit badly needs a paint job and replacement of living room furniture. The outdoor furniture on the golf course side is tattered and some cushions need replacement. The other outdoor furniture is filthy as was the BBQ. As a heads up other units may include access to the fitness and tennis but this unit does not. We did not receive the information package or entry code and had to contact the owner for both. The owner was nice to deal with initially but that soon dissipated and she became completely overwhelmed. We have travelled extensively and have never left a negative review before.

Pretty shabby property overall.

Property is very different from the pictures. The whole interior needs a coat of paint. Couches in the living room were uncomfortable and saggy. Burnt out light bulbs in bathroom. The view that faces the golf course is beautiful but unfortunately we couldn’t sit there because the cushions on the chairs were shredded to bits. Pots with dead plants in the courtyard also added to the whole place being neglected. Location was great though.

We come to the area every year, staying at a different location. This year the place wasn't available for the full time we wanted to stay, so VRBO had this listing which turned out to be a very nice backup for the additional time we wanted to stay. Everything was good, especially the view from the patio.

Perfect and relaxing

My wife and I just wanted to get away for a few days after some unfortunate circumstances and Cynthia’s place was perfect. We enjoyed all the amenities and the close location to the pools. We also enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and Ralph’s, Rite Aid, and Chase close by. The night on each patio were very private and comfortable- it was very quiet during our time which was important, except for the early morning gardeners 545am, but it didn’t bother us as we like to go to bed at 9pm. Great property and clubhouse and nice homeowners we met during our stay. Fun time and will return.

I loved the neighborhood very quiet peaceful at night watching the bunnies and the roadrunners and the geckos pretty warm out there but the air-conditioning felt great didn’t have to use it at night
