The Palm Springs Deauville is known for its quiet relaxing atmosphere with mature vegetation in a lush park like setting. The Deauville features 3 pools with hot tubs, exercise room, tennis courts, and underground parking. Easy 10 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs with it's many shops, galleries, and high quality restaurants. The condominium has 2 ensuite bedrooms with king beds on opposite ends of the condo sleeps 4 people. There are sheets, towels, and extra blankets for each bedroom. Bathrooms are equipped with make-up mirror, hair dryer, handheld bidet, and complimentary toiletries. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, spices and pots and pans for cooking. It has 2 Brita water pitchers with Zero filter and good amount of ice trays to make filtered ice. Kitchen also has quality dinnerware, flatware, and plenty of glassware, a toaster, and Cuisinart coffee maker with complimentary ground coffee and tea. Condo has the following features: keyless access, washer/dryer in unit, wireless inkjet printer, basic office supplies, Bose WIFI portable speaker and high-speed internet with 1GB for fast uninterrupted streaming. There are 2 smart Samsung 50” TVs in bedrooms and 1 55” smart TV in Living Room that are all connected to the WIFI and ready for you to sign in to your favorite streaming App of your choice. The main balcony is very private with west facing direct mountain views and has 4 comfortable chairs around the propane gas fire pit. The balcony has a retractable awning. A second balcony has a gas grill and a glass top dining table for 4 with mountain and pool views. The condo has 2 Yoga Matts, 5 pool towels, playing cards, chess set, and noodles for pool.
