Great separation btw the primary Bedroom on the south wing and the guest bedrooms on the opposite side. The opulent main bedroom offers a huge walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings w/ direct access to the pool area. The oversized backyard is completely private surrounded by mountains and an idyllic garden w/ hummingbirds singing. A covered deck off the kitchen is the right set for al fresco dining or sipping lemoncellos by the pool under the stars.

This corner lot makes it even more private. Parc Andreas is famous for all the hiking trails or great walks in the neighborhood. Or if you feel like playing, the tennis court is just across the house and Indian Canyons Golf Resort is minutes away. This is THE Palm Springs paradise.

With fresh citrus trees in the backyard to keep your drink, and dinner recipes extra fresh, yours to pick as you would like.

Fabulous location for hiking

We had a wonderful stay at the Palm Spring Oasis. The house was well appointed with everything you need and has a beautiful backyard with 360 degree views of the mountains. This was our first time staying in Indian Canyon and the house was well located for short walks to different trailheads as well as Indian Canyon Golf Club.

Spectacular Experience

The home, yard and neighborhood were a winning combination. The home and yard were ideal - comfortable and attractive. We loved having fresh lemons, oranges and grapefruit - what a treat! Being at the base of the mountains provided constant beauty and access to the hiking trials could not have been easier. The month in paradise went by so quickly!

Parc Andreas Hills Villa

Our Family enjoyed our stay at the Palm Springs Oasis at Andreas Parc. Andreas Hills area is one of our favorite places to stay in Palm Springs and the villa was very comfortable for our family. We have rented in the Palm Springs area for more than 30 years and this rental is one of our favorites. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and Heather the host agent was responsive and most attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.
