Our towel was dirty and had someone’s contact lens on it. We asked for a replacement and it took over 30 minutes.. we usually love staying here and enjoy our time. Maybe staff was busy due to a wedding happening on property?

I love this hotel! Very clean and the grounds are well looked after. Great size gym and well kept equipment. The main pool is amazing! So relaxing. The room was very comfortable.

The customer service is excellent. Pool and DJ and Bar were great. Parking got full on weekends, but ok. Convenient location to everything. Cleanliness of room was not good and smell of urine from previous dogs was bad, repairs were needed in room as well (no lock on balcony door).
