Amazing stay, we will be back

Room was very clean and the staff had robes and a hand written welcome note on the bed, called the room about 15min after to check in to make sure everything was in order and we were satisfied with the room. Pool area was well maintained and the staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Our Go To small, private adults only boutique hotel where the best of downtown PS is just out the door. Staff friendly, helpful. Light snack breakfast provided daily, champagne upon arrival. If you want a “Resort”, with golf, tennis and a bar, this is not your place. But the pool is large and lively, spa on the premises, and everything else PS has to offer within footsteps away.

I’ve been staying at the Andreas Hotel & Spa for years, and it remains one of my favorite properties in Palm Springs. This boutique hotel exudes charm and provides a relaxing, intimate atmosphere that keeps me coming back. The staff is consistently outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I want to give a special shoutout to Mrs. Hermosillo, who reached out to extend a warm welcome before my arrival. Her call was thoughtful and set the tone for another great stay—she absolutely nailed it. The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained rooms, a cozy ambiance, and a pool area that feels like a private oasis. My only concern is the updated policy regarding alcohol use by the pool. Before COVID, guests could enjoy beverages poolside, which added to the relaxed vibe. While I understand policies change, this one feels a little too restrictive for such an otherwise inviting and laid-back environment. That said, the overall experience was fantastic, as always, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. To the staff and management—thank you for your hard work and dedication. Wishing you all continued success! See you soon!

The room itself is as inviting as one could hope for, featuring an incredibly comfortable bed that promises a restful night's sleep. Adding to the luxurious experience is the spacious bathtub, which invites you to indulge in a long, relaxing soak.Step out onto the balcony, and you are greeted with a lovely view of Main Street, where you can soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The soundproof rooms are a remarkable feature, ensuring complete silence and tranquility, even in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Great smaller hotel. Well located in downtown Palm Springs. Good amenities. Close to everything. Easy parking. Very friendly staff. I didn’t give this stay 5 stars because the room was very dark and required lamps to be turned on at all times. My previous stay here was in a smaller room, but with much more natural light, which I much prefer. Pool and jacuzzi are small, but well maintained.
