Three comfortable sized bedrooms along with three bathrooms to accommodate, there isn't a more perfect home for your vacation. 2 en-suite bedrooms with the larger, primary bedroom on an isolated side of the home off the kitchen for ultimate privacy.
The modern living space is bright and vibrant, yet comfortable and cozy. Having recently been renovated and remodeled, there's not a detail overlooked to bring this home’s character and charm to life.
Atomic Sun-Soaked Pad opens up for more entertainment possibilities with a dedicated card/game room off the dining space to play with the family or your friends over the weekend. No more can be said about the perfectly laid out backyard with mountain views, a large swimming pool and jacuzzi to accommodate and plenty of sunshine to work on your summer tan! New Addition To Backyard --- A covered and shaded outdoor dining space. Viewable in the night time pictures.
Pool heat is optional at a charge of $65 per day and payment will be requested before check in.
Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. There is no charge for spa heat
Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
