When I got to my room, the key did not work. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a new key. That didn't work either. Ihad to go back again, they called maintenance and he could not fixt the lock so I had to be moved to a new room. Very annoying.

Start a recycling program

Although the property was very upscale & modern, there still was no recycling program in place. Other room amenities were not very user-friendly - TV, air-conditioning, WiFi, etc.

Pleasant Stay in Palm Desert

Everything went well except the hotel has two buildings and only one has an elevator. This was not explained in the description. Solved when we got a ground floor unit. Breakfast was very good and room was spacious with living and bed areas each with a tv.

they need a little upgrade to the exterior and the floors, as its quite an old structure. But newly upgraded bathrooms, comfy beds, decent linens. And great custom breakfast. I would stay again

While this is NOT a five star property, the location, staff, and breakfasts are wonderful. The room was clean and had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great and included with the room price. The buttery hashbrowns were great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room looked a little tired and could use updating but I would stay here again.
