Casa JEH, A ultimate luxury vacation home, Ideal for you & a large group with plenty of space both in & outside to comfortably house a dozen people in the desert Paradise. With 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms & a den spread out over 3200 sq ft. Also an large backyard, you’ll have all the room you need to enjoy each other’s company. Front yard welcomes you with a desert landscape of cactus & Palms. Open the front door you’re greeted with a grand living & dining room, perfect for entertaining guests.

Inside the home you will find vintage postcards of Palm Springs, as well as mid-century furnishings. Gather around the the gas lit fireplace as you watch your favorited movie on the 55 inch GDTV in the family room just around the corner. Every bedroom has its on HDTV's. The big back yard is surrounded by mature bougainvilea and jasmine plants to preserve your privacy while you and your guests relax, swim and play. There is a BBQ grill and a covered patio and dining seating for 12 outside. The salt water swimming pool also houses an 8 person spa and a 20 foot tanning shelf. There is also a firepit with a number of lounge chairs around to converse over the fire. All of this is in one place overlooking the great view of the San Jacinto Mountains to the west.
Just a short distance from downtown Palm Springs and the Palm Springs Airport. Book the perfect getaway at Casa JEH for you and your friends!
There are five bedrooms. Two master suites with king beds in each. With their own newly renovated bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in additional family/game room. The three bedrooms share the full newly renovated main bath.


GARAGE PARKING ....
We just recently enclosed the carport into a beautiful two car garage. The new garage door is a beautiful glass panel door. However, the height of the garage opening is lower then a standard garage door. We have limited the parking inside the garage to sedan CARS only!! The risk of damaging the garage door would be a six thousand dollar charge which is just for the door and 3-6 months wait on repairs or replacement. There will be a 500.00 FINE charged from your deposit for anyone in your party violating this rule. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for larger SUV and trucks. There is a city Five (5)car MAXIMUM per party off of the city street. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

**Once reservation is made owner will Send rental contract that must be signed, completed and returned immediately. You will not be given access to home without all forms returned. Also ALL guests are required to agree to and sign the Palm Springs Good Neighbor brochure upon arrival which will be sent with contracts after booking.

Beautiful home with a full kitchen and nice pool/hot tub. Gorgeous backyard with views of the mountains. Why it wasn't a ten: Beds were like marshmallows, the toiletries provided were expired, and one of the bathrooms had incredibly weak water pressure. There was also an issue with getting the hot tub working but the host was attentive and had his pool guy come over relatively quickly to get it fixed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great location for big families

We were a group of two families each with younger kids. We found the layout of the house perfect for that. Each family got “one end” of the house and then shared everything in the middle. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor space. The location was close to lots of things. We enjoyed our time!

Pool were awesome! House needs some love…

The salt water pool and hot tub were awesome! The caveat is they are right under the flight path of incoming and outbound jets which was fun for the first day or two, then pretty annoying after having to pause conversations until they flew by. There were plug in scent things in every room with some sort of plug in contraption in the living room. Once the smell dissipated after we unplugged them we were greeted by an unidentified smell which we think came from the HVAC? Got better as the trip went on but still kind of gross. No water softener so the dishwasher and laundry machine have some solidified calcium issues. We had to hand wash dishes until we cleaned dishwasher traps and ran it a few times on hot - helped a bit. Freezer leaked onto the floor which was fixed on the 3rd day. The bed in the master in the main house is old with a pillow topper over it. I’ve slept in some pretty tough beds and surfaces in the service - this one is up there with the massive bed craters. There was caked soap and shampoo on the walls of the showers. The pool heater is on the other side of the wall of the master bed so it’s pretty dang loud if noise bothers you, but us not so much. The bedroom doors have been painted so many times that it’s impossible to open or close them without making a ton of noise. The overall space of the house is excellent for everyone - kids and adults - to be entertained and have space to do whatever. 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown and close to a shopping center. House is definitely on the worn side but I’d still consider it one of the nicer homes we have stayed at in Palm Springs - just needs a good amount of love and TLC!

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood. Amazing backyard with pool and hot tub. Nice bedrooms baths and interior design. The owner Joseph is great at communication before and after you arrive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location 10 mins from airport. Lots of space and amazing backyard with pool, hot tub and multiple spaces for relaxing. Our group of 7 enjoyed soaking, swimming and cooking for our group at the house, with fun excursions to town and Joshua Tree.

Wonderful stay!

A group of my friends came to Palm Springs to celebrate my 40th birthday, and Joseph's house was the perfect location! The outside space is absolutely amazing, the photos don't do it justice. We spent most of our time outside and didn't have any issues. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Palm Springs!

Family get away

This 5 bedroom home was perfect for our entire family- spouses and (2) grandchildren. 3 bedrooms on one side of the home and 2 bedrooms on the other side. This floor plan was perfect for my daughter, husband and 2 little ones. They could be separate from everyone else for naps and evening bedtime routines. We also all had a blast in the pool and spa. Plus, dining all together outside was memorable.

A treat....truly delightful time with friends and family.

The pool and outdoor is spacious with multiple roofed and unroofed areas. Open kitchen with more kitchen supplies than we needed. We cooked splendid meals daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Property is well kept, clean and super comfortable. Loved that there are separate dining, formal dining, and living room areas. We'll definitely go back. Had a wonderful, memorable time.

Wonderful Palm Springs retreat !!

You don’t even need to leave this house. The beautifully designed interior coupled with the outside pool and amenities make this an ideal place to stay. The owners went above and beyond to take care of us. We will definitely be coming back !!!

Spring Vacation, March 2019

Casa JEH was a great place for a spring vacation for our extended family- 3 generations, 6 adults, 4 kids. The attractive, well-maintained and well-appointed house and grounds are comfortable, occupant-friendly and spacious enough to accommodate both group activities and separate individual space. The swimming pool/ jacuzzi facilities in the back yard are great. For our group, the outside pool deck sitting and dining set-up was an exceptional and attractive amenity...probably the thing that sold us in the first place. Quiet neighborhood. The owner, Joseph, was quickly available walk us through solutions to questions we had. Definitely recommend this house for a Palm Springs visit. We enjoyed and would rent it again.

Perfect house for a group of 10

This was our second stay at this house and we loved it again. The layout is perfect for our two family group with bedrooms divided on two sides of the house; it has spacious indoor seating areas and dining room, well equipped kitchen for cooking in and fantastic outdoor space. The house is well cared for. Joseph is a great host, easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

3 Day Weekend Stay

Some friends and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Mr. Hansen was responsive to all of my questions and made the overall rental process very easy. The home is very comfortable with all the amenities, as advertised. The house is in a nice neighborhood, 10min from downtown Palm Springs. I would definitely rent this property again.
