This is an old hotel that needs some upgrades. I slept just fine and the price was right for this time of year. If you are expecting a "nice and modern" hotel, then this is not the place. If price is super important, then this will do just fine.

I found the hotels location to be great. Had no major issues with the room or the bathroom. I believe the hotel had Wi-Fi, however it wasn’t disclosed the password info and every time I try calling the front desk it would go straight to a voicemail that that’s not set up yet. I definitely stay again. Thanks!

if i could leave a negative review i would. hotel smells as soon as you park. there are no redeeming qualities to this hotel. the room smells like stale cigarette, bathroom was nasty. fridge & microwave in the so called closet. horrible horrible

The sofa was very comfortable and that was the reason i chose that room. However, our first room didn’t have a sofa and we had to move to 2d floor to get one. The attendee was pleasant about switching rooms. The room was ok, but the drapes were terrible. They were shredded on all edges and should be thrown away! The bed was ok, but no blanket so we had to use the bed spread, which I'm sure is not washed very often. The shower was barely big enough to turn around in. Very difficult to wash hair and body. No place for shampoo/conditioner bottles except the floor of shower. Not handy at all. Towels appeared to be new, but only 1 hand towel and no washcloth. Our check in was ok, but the office was closed when we wanted to request more coffee, towels, etc. Office should not be closed at 6pm, and should be open before 7am. Probably won't stay again.

The room had bugs. Roaches. Had to bail first night and scramble for a new place to stay. The staff fully refunded me. No hassle or anything like that with the front desk. Just unfortunately that was my experience. It’s an older building but cosmetically renovated. This was Jan 2026. Hopefully they spray and clear it asap.

You get what you pay for. Traveling on a budget means sacrifices. This place was fine but the bed (missing a box spring) has left me with a sore back. And it was clean, as long as you didn’t look in the corners. It was quiet though, which was nice.

Nice place for the rate. Yes there are people who stay there, but not tweekers. We stayed on a Saturday and no noise, we had a good nights rest. Room was colorful and cozy. Yes, needs to be updated and remolded but still not as bad as some people say. Overall if you are driving through Palm Springs on a budget this is a good place to stay.

Clean bathroom and towels, but bedding looked used, old cigarette burns in the comforter. Didn't feel safe. Shady residents, looked like a hostel for homeless people. I didn't stay here. Booked another room elsewhere for the duration. Disappointed in Hotels.com for advertising the place.

Great location. Don’t go there. Rooms are out dated and gross. I slept in my clothes. The bedding was from the 1980s. There was people who lived there and I felt like it was a crack hotel. Flee!
