Very budget friendly motel with an easy location onPalmCanyon that is easy to get to most anywhere in town. Basic accommodations with a cold AC and a decent swimming pool and jacuzzi.

You get what you paid for in a good way. We were looking for a cheap but decent place to stay as our plan was to venture out in town most of the time. The only thing I really wanted was to make sure there was a pool and hot tub. The pool was nice but we found out the hot tub “hasn’t worked for a while”… that was disappointing and I wish it had been mentioned at check in. The mattress was a really soft foam pad and the towels in the bathroom were kinda small, but the maid service offered more if needed. Our second night, we noticed rat poo near the door and a small roach in the bathroom. There’s plenty of parking and a nice grassy area to bbq. Lots of seats and a couple big umbrellas around the pool.

Great little place close enough to downtown. Rooms are very clean as is the pool and hot tub area. Gentleman at the front desk is super friendly and had lots of great suggestions for things to do locally. I will definitely stay here again!

Close to the Palm Springs Air Tramway. Street fest was also going on. Wonderful Art Museum near motel. Large towels for pool and hot tub. There were some bugs but it is the desert so it's kind of expected. Toilet was very low. All in all a good stay.

Green Pool & jacuzzi not working

I booked this hotel 2 months ago. Keep in mind i called to confirm my reservations, weather, if the pool was accessible/open. Every call but one that i made i spoke to Enrique. We arrive at 2:20pm Saturday, May 31 2025, all excited about our stay and ready to cool down in the pool. So we get a poolside room for which we were excited about. While my wife unloaded the luggage I checked out the pool. My jaw dropped when I saw it. It was green, yes GREEN you couldnt even see the bottom of the pool, looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile. I immediately called, Enrique at the front desk. He said, "yea, their cleaning it now, id wait until the chemicals take effect before getting in". I had my wife look at it. She immediately walked to the front desk & was told, the pool filters havent worked in quite awhile, cleaning it was going to take a few days & he wouldnt recommend using it. After explaining we came for a vaca & specifically to relax at the pool, we were never informed of the pools condition. Enrique graciously offered us a FULL REFUND & apologized. We found a new hotel & left. Upon leaving, Enrique left my refund with the front desk, who refused to give his name when i asked but after asking around we found his name was Steve. He was an older white guy with short gray hair. Rude & unfriendly. Enrique was the ONLY positive in this review. I highly recommend staying elsewhere, in 104° weather & the pool was nasty. We left within an hour of arriving.

Read reviews and was concerned about the stay. We needed a budget friendly overnight stay passing through town & decided to give it a shot. Our experience was surprisingly good. Front desk was very friendly and room was pleasant enough to stay. Clean and comfortable for an amazing rate! If I had to do it again i would!

It was exactly what I expected for a low price, budget hotel. It was clean with a comfortable bed. Just what I needed on a road trip between Los Angeles and Phoenix. I would not want to hang out here. There was a pool and Jacuzzi that looked clean and inviting. Instead I went downtown (which was 5 minutes) away for a cocktail and appetizer. Then I hit the sack.
