Escape and groove out to this funky fresh 60's 70's Mid Century-Modern Boho-inspired Condo. Located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, this getaway is nestled in the private Mountain Shadows Community. Spend some time lounging by one of the 6 pools, soaking in a hot tub, playing tennis, or enjoying a round of Golf at the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. At night you can enjoy the city's world-famous eateries, and for all you lucky guests, there are 3 casinos within minutes of your location.
The space
Mimosagroove is a two-story condo (approx.1327 sqft). There are 2 bedrooms, and 1-1/2 bathrooms. The living room has a Smart TV, a sofa and a chair, a record player with some vintage vinyls. The living room also opens up to a den with a mini desk/workspace. The den has a day bed with a trundle for 2 extra sleeping spaces. The Den opens up via sliding glass door to the front patio with furniture. The Dining room table has seating for 6. We have all the necessary appliances and items for a fully stocked kitchen. There is a washer and dryer, with an ironing board and iron. The back patio has furniture with a Propane grill and utensils. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with a Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a Smart TV.
Guest access
Guests will be given a gate code for the Mountain Shadows Community Gate as well as smart lock code for the front door, and a key box in the back patio facing the carport. Guests will also be provided with a key to access the Tennis Courts and Pool Areas.
Other things to note
There is (1) carport labeled "Mimosagroove" for guest parking. There are additional guest parking spaces in those without carports.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. A washer is available in the condo.
