I have a Tesla and we could hook up to the destination charger. Will take 13 hrs to charge but will get us to a supercharger. Check in was very easy

The bed frames were not dusted or cleaned even the tables, sink in the restroom, everything in the room was dusty (carpet, baseboards, everything.) The shower didn’t work properly. I took a cold shower this morning because the hot water wasn’t strong as the cold water in the shower, the shower knob seemed broken and water pressure is weak once I turned to hot water. Also. The elevator was making weird noises. Will not be staying here again ever, can I have my refund back?
