The rooms were great and so wasall the staff we encountered. I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom had dim lighting and it was very difficult to put on makeup and for husband to shave. That is my only complaint.

The building is fairly new and the room was clean and the staff were courteous. One thing I have to mention is: Whenever the room air conditioning was starting to come on, made a noise that made problems for sleeping. It probably needed some maintenance.

Over all just OK. One thing keeps me from giving an above average rating. I arrived several hours early exhausted. I was told if I wanted to check in, there was a 25.00 fee. If a room is available and idle, what additional cost is there? Seems you only hurt your brand in not accommodating an early guest.

The facility was in very good condition and in a convenient location (close to I/S 10, but far enough to be quiet). Our room was clean and had BRIGHT reading lights on bedside tables on BOTH sides of the king sized bed, which many hotels do not. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The free hot breakfast was extensive.
