South Palm Springs large 1B/1B condo. Patio and Master Bedroom face West to take in the great view of the mountains, palm trees and sparkling pool and spa. Turnkey furnished with free WiFi and Smart 55 in TV. King size bed and sofa bed in the living room. Covered carport. There are three pools, one which is saltwater, and four spas in the complex heated for the winter. Five tennis courts and two pickleball courts, just steps from you door. The grounds are immaculately maintained and filled with fresh citrus ready to pick. The fitness center offers a dry sauna and gym. There is also a well equipped clubhouse to socialise. Golf and Hiking Trails nearby as well as you will be just minutes away from Downtown, groceries stores and all Palm Springs has to offer.
