Spacious room with a cute enclosed patio. Loved the whole vibe of this place, so cute. Appreciated the free water and snacks use of the beach cruisers. Would definitely stay here again.

It was unfortunate we arrived on a weekend of a big storm. There was no power or internet. Staff was communicative and accommodating. Facility was beautiful. The beds are to die for. It’s super cozy. However after one no power overnight we had to cancel rest of trip and stay elsewhere. I was sad I had to leave this gem of a location and place. The power was restored as we were wheeling our bags out to our new hotel but it was simply too late. They accommodated the cancellations. I WILL BE BACK ON ANY DAY to this gorgeous place.

It was a great experience. I am glad the Renaissance ran out of rooms so I was forced to find something different and boy did I! I just love this place. 12 rooms makes it quiet and secluded. The pool and hot tub were clean. I had my coffee every morning while having a long soak in the hot tub. Rooms were well layed out and clean. Enjoyed the large shower head and the water was plenty hot. My only suggestion is that they purchase light cancelling curtains. The outside lights are very bright so cannot reach total darkness in the room.

Another excellent stay at the Jazz hotel. I’ve stayed here numerous times now and in several different rooms. Each room is decorated uniquely and tastefully in what I would consider a mid century modern style. Room 12 is especially legendary. As previously stated, highly recommended the Jazz hotel for anyone looking for a warm and comfortable stay in Palm Springs.

Amenities were extremely well fought out. Room was comfortable. Hot tub was great! Heated pool was wonderful. The lounge contained all sorts of little snack items. Property was conveniently located. Easy access in and out, but quietly tucked away.

If you have allergies this place is not for you. The room smelled so strong (what are they trying to hide) my daughter and I were immediately violently ill and had to leave. Whatever they use to clean with is volatile.

Fourth time staying here. Jazz is clean, quiet and a great location. Rooms are large. Prices are good. Community kitchen with coffee, snacks, fruit, etc. was very convenient.
