This is a beautifully updated mid-century 3 bedroom, 2 bath home built by the Alexander Construction Company.

Step outside and sit under the desert stars or the covered patio while enjoying a cocktail. Cool off in the large pool which ranges from 3 feet to 10 feet deep with a diving board at the deep end. Or relax in the attached spa which will comfortably fit 6 adults. Pool and spa heat is optional and $95 per day.

In the evening the fire pit will surely add warmth to any group, whether it's for cooking smores or enjoying a nice glass of wine by it, it will definitely add to the abundance of memories you are sure to make. This fully enclosed yard and Ficus trees provide a completely private experience for you and your guests to enjoy.

Appreciation

Thank you for having a couch big enough for a whole family to sprawl out comfortably. Thank you for huge beds made with real bedding. Thank you for quality pots and pans. The big things were great, pool, hot tub, etc. but sometimes it’s the smaller things that really make the difference.
