Wonderful Little Home

We really enjoyed our stay at MRH. It was the perfect size for the two of us and our dog. The house was clean and had everything you needed. We loved the backyard, especially the pool and spa. The location is great. A short drive to downtown and a short walk to Ruth Hardy Park, which our dog loved. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our time at this property and felt the management company was great. Our only complaint with the house is that the beds were EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable. They definitely need a soft topper. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked and lots of pool towels. The backyard is a dream and the location can't be beat.

Wonderful house!

The house is just as listed. It is very clean inside and out! The back yard is very relaxing. Im not usually a fan of management companies, but this management company is very good. the are very responsive. Very helpful ( even when its a user error) I would highly recommend staying at this house! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The house was exactly what we were expecting, and we enjoyed our stay. Love the backyard! We had a horrible problem on Thanksgiving morning. Toilets and showers backed up and overflowed. They took care of the problem quickly and had housekeeping out to clean everything. We would stay there again!

Great desert home

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a little hiccup at the very beginning. We stepped out to our car to do some grocery shopping without our phones which contained the door code. After a bit of panic we went to Ralph’s market. They were very friendly and helped us find Acme‘s phone number. We called and connected immediately to somebody who could give us the codes to get in to our rental.After that it was smooth sailing and we enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner. A safety bathmat in the tub would have been great to prevent any slipping. Otherwise everything was nice, especially the backyard. We will return next year.

Best stay EVER!

This home away from home was amazing! I slept better on this bed than I did at home! I found the kitchen well stocked/ I actually ordered for my own kitchen a few of the gadgets that were very helpful. And can we just take a minute to admire the outdoor space!!!! The pool was the perfect temperature. We enjoyed floating the afternoons away. It was too hot for the fire pit but we loved grilling our own meals and enjoying the outdoor dining space. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Mid-century trip

Within a day of of our visit, we feel into a time-warped routine in the cozy mid-century house. The pool and accommodations were perfect. It was alike a trip back to the 1950s Palm Springs heyday.

Perfect House!

This is the cleanest rental home we have ever stayed it. (And I’m picky!) The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The garage was available for us to park in, which was a huge bonus. We will return to this property again.

Perfect!

Hate to give this the kind of review it deserves because then everyone will stay here. It's perfect, quiet, private, clean. Only ever so slight inconvenience is that to turn on and off the jets for the tub means coming inside and pushing a button. Our poor first world problems. Otherwise its everything we hoped for.

The house was decorated in the Palm Springs style with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a beautiful private yard. It had a great location that was close to downtown, a park, and great walking neighborhoods. Would stay again when back in Palm Springs

Amazing stay in fantastic house!

My guests and I had a wonderful stay at Modern Ranch Heaven. The house was the perfect set up for two couples, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The outside space in particular was amazing. The pool and hot tub were really nice and very clean and there were plenty of seating options. We even used the fire pit, though it was quite warm during our stay. Loved every part of this house!

Great place!

We loved our stay here and appreciated all of the amenities that Acme provided, especially the Sisters Acme house roast! The backyard is perfect for poolside relaxation! We would definitely rent from Acme again at This house or others they have.

Wonderful stay at Modern Ranch Heaven

The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with nice utensils, plates, and cookware. I saw some ants crawling around the bathrooms but the property management sent someone out right away and were always available by phone & text to answer my questions. Overall, very satisfied with my stay!

Amazing Pool House

Great experience and great house for our relaxing weekend in the pool. Backyard is great for pool time, and dining and hanging out. City Rules do limit the playing of music outside, unfortunately, but that's the same for all vacation rentals in Palm Springs. Inside is well appointed and thoughtfully laid out and stocked. Great location close to downtown, but quiet neighborhood for relaxation.
