Surrounded by substance users, homeless & people that play music & stay up all night . As well as prostitutes in the neighbour suite with VERY thin walls. The front door didn’t close properly. We generally feared for our safety. I tried to talk to the front desk and was refused a refund for our second night; they did not seam interested in our concerns. We ended up checking out early and loosing our money for the second night. We needed to feel safe . Please, don’t even consider staying here. It was awful!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but I had to wait for check in so the drapes could be repaired, and then I had to ask for the very loose toilet seat to be repaired, and for more than one towel. Lights were difficult to turn on and off because only one of them was on a wall switch, and the bathroom light kept flickering. However, I appreciated the long cabinet surface in the bedroom, the counter space by the bathroom sink, and the shower head spray and hot water.
