Staff were clueless on check in. Rude and unwelcoming. Had to ask how my military discount would be refunded and the boy couldn’t tell me. He could barely string two words together he was that clueless. Heating broken in room and not working. I was frozen. Reported to reception and was told that they would send maintenance up soon. I stayed in and waited and they never came. I told them and they had nothing to say. I asked for a blanket, they said the woman who had access to the cleaning room was out and would be back in 30 mins so to come back then. I came back and they had new staff on and said they had no blankets for me as this was the first they had heard about it. I was so cold. I didn’t get my blank until gone 10 pm. The staff were so rude and unhelpful.
