I stayed in a non-smoking room and the office was right next-door to me the people that worked there smoked right in front of my door all night and talked till four in the morning two nights in a row I didn’t get any sleep and smoke smoke all night

I will be back.

Everything was great, cleanliness, location, quiet. No refrigerator or microwave, but near the office there is a room that has a microwave and vending machine, washing machine and dryer, and two ice machines. Very nice. In the room the shower pan might have been scratched, been torn, but it needs to be replaced. Also, the outlets in the room were being used by television and lamps and air conditioner. So I had to use the one in the bathroom to charge my phone.

I left after one hour. Next door room was playing death metal, pool looked abandoned. Lots of unsavory looking people hanging out on the balcony. No thanks. I actually wouldn’t mind a refund

It worked for what we needed it for but the floor was dirty. Outside grounds were dirty with cigarettes and trash. A lot of yelling or talking loudly like people fighting. TV did not work and staff couldn’t fix it. We had stayed there a few years ago and it was a lot nicer. Very sad especially for being in Palm Springs.
