The Oasis Private Villa is located within the beautiful Oasis Resort, which features Spanish style villas in a 27-acre exquisite park-like setting with fountains and walking paths. The resort has eight heated salt-water swimming pools, nine jacuzzi spas, five lighted tennis courts, bocce ball, pickleball, and a clubhouse with scheduled activities, meeting rooms, and exercise facilities. The swimming pools include an extra large pool at the clubhouse and seven "neighborhood" pools, one of which is just steps away from the condo. The resort is gated with 24-hour service.

The Oasis Private Villa is conveniently located in the desirable (non-windy) south end of Palm Springs. It is less than 5 miles from downtown Palm Springs with its many boutique shops and restaurants, and less than a mile from a variety of grocery stores, Walmart, and family restaurants. The Seven Lakes golf course is right next door. The airport is 3 miles away. Indian Canyon hiking, the Botanical Garden, the Aerial Tram, the Palm Springs Museum, and the other attractions of Palm Springs are all close by.
