Palm Springs Desert Oasis w/ Amazing Panoramic Mountain Views in Famous Racket Club area. Nice size 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Spacious bright & airy living room w/ open kitchen concept. Aerial Tram right around the corner, along with downtown Palm Springs strip offering dining, nightlife, shops etc. This beautiful home is located just minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. Large backyard has a private pool and spa & built-in BBQ for your enjoyment including covered Gazebo. STR Registration Number: STR-004436. There is an additional fee for pool and jacuzzi heat. (75 for 10 hours pool and 60 for 6 hours jacuzzi). PLEASE NOTE: during December through March months, the first day pool heat fee is $140 as it requires a lot more gas to reach its temperature during the cold season, any day thereafter is $75 per day). pool and jacuzzi cannot be on simultaneously. Fees are non refundable once paid. Please note that Jacuzzi may not heat to its fullest during high windy or cold season. Pool operating hours are from 7am-10pm. Please note that pool chemicals are used to maintain the pool in a good condition. Guest is to use pool at their own discretion and owner is not responsible or liable for any medical issues that derive from sensativity to pool chemicals.

Just wonderful

Was only visiting for one night with my grandparents and we couldn’t be any happier with the stay! From beginning to end, everything was simple and professional. Great fast communication. Girls trip

I would like to say after renting so many different houses in PS for so many years this place was one of the best places we stayed, clean, organized, location was perfect so close to downtown PS few minutes of drive the communication was great with the owner/management very responsive, they even let us do early check in since there was no rental a day before, so quick to respond to messages, the house has everything you need, the pool was so clean, the backyard was huge, i would highly recommend this place and if I could give more than 5* I would we are definitely going to rent this place for more occasions thank you for making our stay so much better and easier!

A great stay!

My husband and I came out for a short getaway and had a great stay! The property is large and would be a great location for a larger group of friends or a family. It was incredibly conveniently located a very short drive from downtown Palm Springs and it was very easy for us to go out for dining and to see a concert. The pool and backyard area is very private and a lovely space to spend a few days relaxing in the sun. We will definitely book again in the future!

Our stay was only for 2 nights, unfortunately, but we were blown away by the spaciousness of this home both inside and out and the lovely mountain views. Owner was very responsive when I left an item behind and had someone from property management to get the item to me. Above & beyond attentiveness. I would definitely stay there again!

Palm Springs Adventure

We visited Palm Springs, with friends, for a winter birthday celebration and we are so happy we selected this wonderful home for our stay. This home is not only spacious, comfortable, and super clean, it has nearly any amenity you could imagine. On top of all that, Alessandra, was amazing! Amazing time

The host was very easy to get a hold of answered any and all questions. Was awesome when we made a request. Pool was really nice my kids had fun swimming. My two year old had enough space to get over his fear and move off the stairs and swim around. The jacuzzi was really nice at night to sit in. The seating area outside had more than enough room so we all were able to sit out and lay down. Overall amazing experience would definitely go back!!
