Stunning Palm Springs retreat offering the quintessential desert experience! Perfect blend of mid century modern and desert chic, high ceilings throughout, 4 beds / 3 baths, beautifully landscaped backyard, private salt water pool, salt water spa, mountain views, fire pit, outdoor grill and a separate bar area - this house has it all! Located in southern Palm Springs, far away from gusty winds and airport noise in the North. Minutes from downtown, groceries, shopping and the best cupcake in town
The space
This is your perfect Palm Springs getaway. Highlight of the house are the secluded and beautifully landscaped front and back yards! The back yard has a salt water pool and hot tub, which can be heated in the winter for $65/day. The house itself has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and around 2,200 square feet. The living room has a giant origami art piece created by the owner himself! Two bedrooms have King sized beds and the other two have queen beds. There is also an adjustable / standing desk in one of the bedrooms for remote work. There is a small gym in the garage with a bar, free weights and dumb bells. High speed Wi-Fi for remote work.
Other things to note
Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. The pool can be heated in the winter at $65/day due to the cost of utilities for heating such a large body of water. Hot tub is free either way.
