This hotel is a 1 star hotel, at best. The sheets were thinning and worn through, the bathroom was very old with dirty grout and tons of patch ups around the tub, wall, tiling, etc. The luggage rack was broken - it opened up flat on the floor and the 4 cloth straps were all torn. Seriously, why even keep it in the room, it serves zero purpose. Checked out around 8:30am and there was no coffee.

Every inch of the room was absolutely disgusting. Most things were in disrepair and the sheets were stained. When I woke in the morning i discovered the base of the toilet was leaking so I let the front desk know when I left for the day around 9am. I called in the afternoon to confirm that the room would be ready for my stay that night and they said yes. When I arrived back at 9pm I walked in to tools and buckets in the bathroom, dirty footprints, and the bed stripped but not finished. I had to go back to the desk to get a room change and the day staff did not tell the night staff about it at all. I was moved no problem and the new room was about 2% better than the first.

The bathroom had hairs on the floor and the light and fan didn't work. The microwave had no outlet to plug in nearby, so I had to move it to use. The coffee was horrible in the morning (very weak), and there was really nothing out for breakfast except a couple pieces of bread. On the positive side, the evening staff were very helpful in resolving some TV problems, and I thank them for that.

The photos posted here and reviews are totally misleading. The place is disgusting and needs to be remodeled or condemned. I have posted my photos from my stay on Google Maps. Everything is broken and covered in filth. I have requested a refund and now more than 24 hours after my request, management has not responded, so even the customer service is trash. Don’t trust the photos and reviews here. This place truly should not be taking bookings. It is disgusting.

There was no area for pets. The room smelled awful for a "non smoking" room. The tv didn't work. The walls were super thin. I heard everything on both sides of my room all night long. And there was no end to the slamming of doors in the outer corridor.

The staff and service was Outstanding! The room was spacious. The room was visually clean, but when you get a closer look you see that dirt build up and there was a lack detailed attention to most surfaces. The room was equipped with a mini refrigerator, and a microwave. The room also included a blow dryer and a small lighted vanity mirror, unfortunately those items couldn't be used because there was no power to the outlet on the wall. Most outlets were so old that they wouldn't hold what I tried to plug in. I used tape to keep my cell phone charger from falling out of the outlets.
