the staff and location were great, the room was clean but spartan, we usually stay in a higher end hotel. The room was lacking any drawers to place clothes and the shower door didn't want to stay shut. Oh and the elevators are too small for fit a bike in without standing it up on the rear tire.

Excellent property. Sure you can see there is some age to the structure but it is very well maintained, simple and stylish renovations, clean and safe. Staff was friendly and very helpful, allowing storage of luggage prior to and after check out. Pool and hot tub are large and clean. Ample parking and easy walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely visit again

What am amazing stay! Everyone who works here is so kind, our room was clean and comfortable, the pool is well-kept and has great seating. The gym is well-equipped, and I even met the owner of the hotel working out in the gym one morning. :) The location of the hotel is perfect for walkability to the main area of Palm Springs, and they have bikes you can borrow! We’ll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The staff was so kind and accommodating. We loved the bottom room next to the pool. The keyless entry to the rooms was everything. This property is close to so many shops and restaurants. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. They were strict about the noise level after 10pm, which was so great! We had an excellent stay.
