I went to Palm Springs for a two night solo getaway, and this was the perfect place! The location is fantastic, the staff was very friendly, the pool and hot tub were clean, the lobby was so lovely decorated, and though I didn't have someone to join me, it was great to see they had board games! availab

The hotel grounds are dirty and not cleaned regularly it seems. The room itself may be value for money but there were screaming kids in the pool until 10PM and I was placed directly above the ping pong table which was so loud, I went down to ask the front desk at 8:30PM about the noise and was told “it’s a family hotel”, without offering first to ask the kids to stop screaming even when I reiterated that should not be happening. I asked to move my room and was told they were full. I had to switch the air conditioning unit off as it was unbearably loud. Whilst the location is good I would not suggest staying here. It’s too noisy.
