Our Villa was comfy and very spacious, with a full kitchen and small balcony. Walking a block to the main building for breakfast and pool access took some getting used to, but it was fine. The multiple pool/hot tub/sauna options brought us joy. Would absolutely stay here again as it was a great value for the price and an excellent 2 bedroom setup for a friends trip. The things i did not love: floors were not clean. There was a problem with the HVAC controls in our unit, and while the desk staff were able to do some harm reduction, texting the after hours number for more help as directed got no response. And the french press coffee setup was weak.

Nice but not much

It was a nice stay, they didn't allow talking or yelling at all. It is a whisper only resort which is why no children. If you don't use the spa, the only thing to do is the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Small area but cozy. The pool and hot tub are both fed by the natural hot spring. "Breakfast" only, no other food at all and no room service.

The villa could use some handyman work-for sure. The only thing that I really didn’t like was the inability to control the temperature. The thermostat was locked and it requires a call to the desk for adjustment. The one time I called for an adjustment, it wasn’t done. I didn’t bother after that because it was late and I knew my request wouldn’t be taken care of.

We loved all the spa options and that the resort was adult only, so the pools were open 24 hours. There was a request to keep communications to a whisper, as this is a spa. The place and the waters were magical. We came late and the staff member on the front desk stayed late to let us in...although there were arrangements made for after-hours check-in, including videos! Everything was truly personable. The updated 50s decor was a delight as well as the turntable with albums to play on it.

Most relaxing and indulgent stay ever

This is the most amazing destination ever. I can’t say enough things about that hotel. It’s minimalist while still feeling bougie It’s all so clean, it feels so holistic, healthy, luxury to just be there and it most definitely feels like a spa. We didn’t even get to indulge in the massages and services but just even relaxing there overnight was such a great experience. We were even speaking of doing that trip annually because renting that room for the night with the private spa and fireplace was such a romantic getaway. Highly highly recommend. Only regret we have is not having booked more nights there.

Old spa that has had some of it's treatment rooms repurposed accommodations. (e.g. curtains over glass doors...drafty windows...thin walls). Staff was very pleasant. Also, there was a feelong of 'too much stuff crowded into too small of an area'. Not conveniently located near much of anything.

A True Hidden Gem - Almost Hesitant to Share!

I'm probably going to regret writing this review, as this hidden gem might get discovered and booking a room will become impossible. But this place is too special not to share. This intimate 10-room boutique hotel sits at the perfect spot atop natural thermal springs, offering an exceptional wellness experience. The highlight is their impressive array of pools - outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool, and jacuzzi - each filled with mineral-rich hot spring water at different temperatures for various therapeutic benefits. What sets this place apart is the perfect balance of service - attentive yet never intrusive. The rooms are immaculately clean and designed for ultimate relaxation. Their spa services are excellent, with skilled therapists who know their craft well. If you're lucky enough to snag a reservation, you'll discover a peaceful sanctuary where natural hot springs meet luxury in the most understated way. Just please leave a room for me on my next visit!
