Spa relaxing, other than a few loud people staying there. Rooms can be refurbished the light fixture didnot work in my room, nor the socket. The front door you had to push on it using your body weight for it to open.

The hotel is a two star in very very worn out condition. It's true to its two stars. When we requested our room be cleaned, it was tidied, but the dust/grime on the walls and less used areas was very off-putting. And expect bugs crawling in the bathroom, kind of like earwigs. We had to change rooms, the first one was more like a crime scene. The pool was nice and was kept clean. But for the price, you get what you get. The staff are some of the most friendly and helpful I've ever interacted with. The location is amazing, right in a beautiful neighborhood, close to everything and very accessible to downtown. We stayed because it was convenient and the staff did everything to make our stay pleasant.

The main person we interacted with the evening manager and he was very helpful in helping shlep our bags up a steep flight of stairs. His suggestion for late evening dining was perfect for our needs. The facility itself is old and needs a lot of work to be updated. However, we needed something for one night because of a plane mechanical problem and it served our purpose and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Deadbolt on door was no longer working. 2nd deadbolt not working. Door had been kicked in multiple times and repaired to a low standard. No other room available. Manager hassled Expedia about refund. Avoid place is low budget but crappy in the back with doors that don’t guarantee you won’t have to pop a cap in a suka’s arse.

Place is a dump! Keycards barely work without Jerry rigging them (was told by staff to pull door in and bend card down while inserting/removing) after going back because I couldn’t get the dirt open. Bed is atrociously uncomfortable. Floor carpet felt damp. Bathroom is downright scary dirty - I didn’t even want to take a shower it felt so dirty. You can hear everybody around you through the paper thin walls. Couldn’t check out fast enough… the front desk guy - Dave was extremely nice and helpful for what it’s worth.. place just needs major updating.
