I feel like the room could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor needed to be swept upon arrival as well as kitchen and entry way. Luckily broom and dust pan in the closet. But I’m on vacation/ weekend getaway and I was working/ cleaning. Also was loose hairs on the coffee table in the living room. Kinda gross.

It’s in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and even casinos. Parking is well lit and easy to access. Staff are helpful and friendly. We have stayed here for a few years now and it’s always our go to in Palm Springs. If I could change anything it would be the washer/dryer that’s all in one..ugh it takes hours for a small load to wash and dry.

This is the best resort in the area. They have the most activities for kids and are very welcoming. Very very clean. Great pool and hot tub.

The one bedroom villas are excellent and the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space including a furnished patio and a comfy bed for a good sleep. Very clean. The fully fitted kitchen brought a welcome change on our road trip - allowing us to cook our own meals for the 2 nights we were there and getting washing done without encroaching on our time. Laundry and dishwasher detergent provided for you. Coffee and creamers provided and replenished with just a phone call and ice is provided on request too. Nice pool area which was not crowded while we were there. Activities are organised if you wish to join in and these are published and given to you on arrival. We wished we’d had more time there to enjoy the facilities like the gym and games room and would definitely return. Only a few minutes drive from the shops and restaurants of Main Street Palm Springs and Walmart.

The room was very nice with a nicely stocked kitchen (everything you would need to make a meal). Rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly. Amenities were acceptable. Would recommend and consider staying here again if in the area.

Unfriendly staff

The staff is very unhelpful when navigating issues when booked through hotels.com I have never had such an issue. I mistakenly booked the wrong check in day and made a second booking to fix the mistake. And the manager was unwilling to even talk to me. She made one of her employees follow up with me and say there was nothing that could be done, a waiver could have been signed,but she was unwilling to do so. Shame on her.
