I didn't like that it is nosey. Doors are loud walls are thin. It appears to be for long-term living. Staff was pleasant and nice. The hot water in the shower was warm, it could be a lot hotter.

Great hotel overall. It was less expensive than similar hotels because (what I’m assuming) they’re missing coffee makers in the rooms, there’s no pool, no breakfast and if you want to buy a Keurig cup for a single cup of coffee you can in the lobby. No coffee makers in the room. Oh, and you have to bring your own dishes/dish soap if you plan on utilizing the kitchenette. There is a nice laundry room to use but you need to bring detergent and dryer sheets because they don’t sell any here. It’s $2.75 for the wash and for the dryer. The rooms are super clean. There was a faint smell when we walked in but nothing really off putting. I stayed here with my three kids for one night and didn’t feel unsafe in any way. The receptionist was very polite. The bed linens are soft and clean. And the mattress itself is a little on the firm side but comfortable. The location is awesome. Right across from Walmart shopping, plenty of restaurants and down the road from the Antelope Valley Mall. We will be staying here again whenever a pool and breakfast are not needed and we’d like a good deal. Thanks :)

The first two rooms I was placed in smelled horribly. The room I ended up staying in ended up smelling like smoke. It was noisy in the middle of the night with yelling and arguing. I did not feel completely safe while staying and wondered if the guests who were causing the noise would be addressed but I assume not

This is a great extended stay type hotel. Not suited for a short stay. No ice machine and no coffee in the morning. Laundry room is nice and the rooms are set up with full kitchen, fridge etc.

Our stay was only scheduled for 1 night as we were visiting friends for the weekend. Our check in was quick, but unfortunately when we got to our room, we found that it had not been cleaned at all. The beds were unchanged/unmade, and left over food was on the counter. I was able to call the front desk and Rebecca assigned us a new room right away. We appreciated her. The elevator was out of order, but luckily we were only on the 2nd floor. We were traveling with young children, but luckily didn’t have to worry about a stroller this trip, but I can’t imagine how others with younger children or those in wheelchairs would have faired off. The stairwell reeked of marijuana, which also was not great for the kids. We are likely not returning to this property.
