Important Details:

Check-in & Check-out: Arrive between 3 PM and 7 PM and Depart by 10 AM. For late arrivals, please call 941-284-4179.

Safety and Accessibility: Please note that the house is not wheelchair accessible. Three steps at the entrance. Upon arrival, you will receive a 4-digit door code and a short waiver to sign. Once you receive the code, you are free to come and go as you please. The property is well lit. For safety reasons, candles are not permitted in this historic wooden home.

Fragrance-Free Environment: To maintain a chemical-free space, we kindly ask guests to avoid using aerosol sprays, colognes, perfumes, or scented body products. Thank you for your understanding.

Shoes Policy: To keep our home spotless, please remove your shoes in the enclosed mudroom/laundry room upon entry.

A Note for Our Furry Friends: A friendly, young kitty resides on the property in a separate wing with the host/owner, who lives on the premises. While your room is meticulously clean, guests with allergies may want to consider other beautiful accommodations nearby.
